Yo creo que está publicidad no es española, nunca he visto esa marca Pepsodent en España, y mirando en Wikipedia dice que se vendió en Chile desde 1920, así que creo que la publicidad es chilena o sudamericana. De todas formas, una rareza la publicación

But it's possible it's a mistake and comes from South America as you suggest
