22/01/1954 Marilyn reçoit le 'Female World Film Favorite 1953'

Le 22 janvier 1954, Marilyn Monroe est élue "L'actrice préférée au monde de 1953" par 'the Hollywood Foreign Press' ('la presse étrangère d'Hollywood') aux Henrietta Awards (nommés ensuite les Golden Globe Awards). Marilyn était en lune de miel avec Joe DiMaggio (épousé le 14 janvier) et préparait son voyage en Asie -elle est partie le 29 janvier- et elle n'a donc pas participé à la cérémonie au Club Del Mar de Santa Monica.
In 1954, January, 22, Marilyn Monroe is elected the "Female World Film Favorite 1953" by 'the Hollywood Foreign Press' to the Henrietta Awards (then named the Golden Globes Awards). Marilyn was in honeymoon with Joe DiMaggio (married on January, 14) and prepared her trip to Asia -she left on January, 29- and so, she doesn't participate to the ceremony held to the Club Del Mar, in Santa Monica.
