17/03/1959 Arrivée à Chicago

Le 17 mars 1959, Marilyn Monroe débarque à l'aéroport de Chicago où de nombreux journalistes et photographes de la presse locale sont venus l'acceuillir. Marilyn porte un gros manteau de fourrure, les températures étant hivernales. Une conférence de presse est organisée dans le hall de l'Ambassador East Hotel où elle séjourne. Marilyn va rester plusieurs jours à Chicago pour la promotion du film Certains l'aiment chaud.

In March 17, 1959, Marilyn Monroe arrives at the airport in Chicago where many journalists and photographers from the local press came to welcome her. Marilyn wears a big fur coat, weather is frozen. A press conference is held in the lobby of the Ambassador East Hotel where she is staying. Marilyn will stay several days in Chicago to promote the movie Some Like it Hot.
