A limited edition poster print (25/250) featuring a color image of Marilyn Monroe(circa 1952) in lingerie, seated cross-legged before a bookcase, holding a book. The photo was taken by silent screen star turned photographer Harold Lloyd during a photo shoot at Monroe’s Los Angeles apartment by PhilippeHalsman. Later in 1952, a photograph from Halsman’s session appeared on thecover of LIFE magazine. Monroe made this film to help complete her 1955–56 contract with 20th Century Fox to complete four films in a seven-year period. By 1960, she had completed only Bus Stop (20th Century Fox, 1956), so she agreed to star in Let’s Make Love . Stamped on verso “John Bryson, Box 616, Beverly Hills, California.” 13 5/16 by 10 inches
